About Lexie

Lexie is a dramatic and comedic actress, singer, writer and producer.
She has performed in Canada, the United States and Europe. Lexie grew up on the stage and then transitioned into doing film, television, voice overs, and music.  



Lexie trained as a classical actress at the George Brown Theatre School in association with The National Theatre School of Canada and is a graduate of Sheridan College's Musical Theatre Performance Program. She then studied on-camera acting in Toronto with Dean Armstrong at the Armstrong Acting Studio, and went on to study Meisner/Sensory/Method in New York City with Sheila Gray, and has continued the same studies in Los Angeles with Kirk Baltz, and Stephanie Feury.  Lexie studies voice with Gary Catona (Whitney Houston, Steve Perry, Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Barielles, Steven Tyler, Tony Bennett etc...) and Adrienne Angel (Bernadette Peters, Cher, Joan Jett...), and VO with voice over coach Lori Tritel. 

While living in New York City, Lexie worked in the theatre world doing Off-Broadway shows including the Award Winning production of "The Fartiste", as well as workshopping new Broadway musicals, plays and doing film work. She was the female standby in the world premiere of "Roar" the musical at the Rockwell Theatre in Los Angeles, covering 5 roles. She received critical acclaim for her role as Linda in Evil Dead The Musical at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Other theatre credits include; Ariel in Footloose, Les Miserables, Man Of LaMancha,  Evita, Jesus Christ Super Star, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, Cinderella, Blood Brothers... and many many more. She was recently in the production of "Gods & Mortals" at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles. 


Lexie is the lead in a short film created by the production team of the television series "The Good Wife", and is a co-lead in an independent comedy feature "Me, Miami & Nancy", starring Robert Downey Jr, Cloris Leachman, Sarah Silverman, Bon Jovi, Steven Tyler, Kathy Griffin, Ringo Star etc. 

Lexie first made the transition into Film and Television in such projects as;  American Pie Presents: Beta house, True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet, Everything's Gone Green, Airplane Vs. Volcano, the Red Bull series "Exit Vine", along with several national commercials.


As a voice over artist Lexie has done several commercials and series doing standard commercials, character voices and singing.  Credits include Jack Reacher, the voice of KY Jelly for Valentines Day,  Restaurant.com, VH1, Paramount Pictures, TigerGaming.com, etc.


As a session and demo singer Lexie has been hired by producers and songwriters to record songs for artists such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Rihanna.  She has backed up many artists, and has been a lead vocalist opening several corporate events in Europe, Canada and the U.S.  Lexie's voice and song writing has attracted some of the biggest artists, producers and songwriters in the industry. As a songwriter she has been writing with many music legends for Song Placement for top Artists & Film/Television. She was recently involved in a music project for songwriter Holly Knight (Holly wrote "Simply The Best" for Tina Turner, "Love Is A Battlefield" for Pat Benatar etc). Lexie is the singer on Comedian & Roast Master General Jeff Ross's theme song for his podcast "Thick Skin". 


She grew up as an athlete playing all sports.  She has trained for stunt work at Rapier Wit in Toronto,  Sword Play L.A., 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu in Los Angeles, Boxing at The Sport Club LA, along with boxing in New York & Los Angeles.



Lexie worked at the Legendary recording studio "East West Studios" in Hollywood for 5 years where she was in charge of the day to day operations of the studio including Recording sessions, listening parties, CD release parties, writing camps,  Film/ Television & commercial production and photo shoots for artists including: The Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Quincy Jones, Demi Lovato, Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, Justin Beiber, Frank Ocean, LA LA Land, A Star Is Born, etc. 

Lexie partnered up with Disney senior animator David Stodolny and Television and Film composer Reston William's on their production company "Secondary Inspection", creating comedic short films and music videos. 

Lexie recently production coordinated the Xmas Special for the hit Netflix series "Blown Away" . 

She was  a  Culinary Producer on a new restaurant series "Chef Artois"  put on by Stella Artois & Toronto Life.   

Lexie has also worked in Casting throughout the years for several casting offices in Toronto & NYC,  including being a reader/ session runner at ABC television in New York City.  She has also worked as a research assistant for casting offices. 

Lexie also produced the short film "Nocturn Falls" starring members of the "Kim's Convenience" cast; Jean Yoon, Andrea Bang, Nicole Stamp, Nicole Power, as well as Kris Siddiqi and herself.

Lexie has also been working in creative development for film and television, as well as working as a production co-ordinator, production manager and producer in Los Angeles and Toronto. 

As well as writing and developing content for film and t.v. 

She also has her own film and television company "Esarosa Entertainment"  creating short films, feature films, and developing television. Lexie's company produced a short film starring Victor Williams (King Of Queens, The Affair...) & Wendy Raquel Robinson (The Game, The Steve Harvey Show...).

Lexie also produced the music video for UK Artist "Josh Beech's"  song "Fight Strong" which was #3 on the MTV Rock Charts in Italy, & she recently produced the music video for up & coming European Artist "Jean Castel's"  song  "What Happened To Us".  Castel is repped by Stent Music Group (Mark "Spike" Stent).

Lexie is featured in the project "In The Tub" for Breast Cancer Research, created by Film and Television director T.J. Scott. The photo book is available for purchase on Amazon, with all proceeds going to breast cancer research.
