Lexie is a Creative Producer, Coordinator and Event Manager with over 17 years of experience in live events, activations, feature films, TV series, music videos, commercials and campaigns across Toronto, New York City and Los Angeles.
Skilled in managing high-profile projects, coordinating complex productions, and executing successful marketing campaigns, events and film/tv productions.
She worked at the Legendary recording studio "East West Studios" in Hollywood for 5 years where she was an in-house coordinator in charge of the day to day operations of the studio including Recording sessions, listening parties, album release parties, events, writing camps, Film/ Television & commercial production and photo shoots for artists, bands and productions including: Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Quincy Jones, RHCP, Cheap Trick, Metallica, John Legend, Ann Wilson, Shania Twain, Miguel, Demi Lovato, John Mayer, Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, Justin Beiber, Bebe Rexha, Frank Ocean, LA LA Land, Love & Mercy, A Star Is Born... to name a few.
Lexie was a Creative Producer and coordinator for the “Knives Out” Toronto movie premier pop-up for Mongrel Media, and has been a coordinator, creative producer and event manager for "Mongrel House" for TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) since 2019. Lexie recently produced the Toronto activation campaign for Charlotte Tilbury’s new “Exagger-Eyes Mascara”.
She has managed activations for; Warner Brothers, Matel, Jim Beam, Appleton Rum, Blackberry, Schick, Grey Goose, Bacardi, GM Motors, Johnson & Johnson, Reactine, Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Argos, Stella Artois, Molson...
Lexie has worked the biggest music conventions in the world (NAMM, AES, NAB...) as a sales assistant for SSL, Burl Audio, Barefoot Sound, and Wolff Audio.
Lexie has managed festivals such as "The Aurora Winter Festival" and "NXNE", as well as managing events in Los Angeles at "Universal Studios Hollywood" and the "Peterson Automotive Museum". In the hospitality world Lexie has worked the Emmy Awards, Met Gala, The Oscars, The Golden Globes, The Grammy's, the Sag Awards, and many other notable events over the years.
Lexie helped to coordinate store openings, events and Gala's for "The Fashion Retail Group" in NYC for such clients as Lululemon, Liz Claiborne, and the 9/11 foundation "The Tower Of Hope".
Lexie has production coordinated several feature films and T.V. series including the Xmas Special for the hit award winning Netflix series "Blown Away”. She partnered up with Disney senior animator David Stodolny and Television and Film composer Reston William's on their production company "Secondary Inspection", creating comedic short films and music videos. She was a Culinary Producer on a new restaurant series "Chef Artois" put on by Stella Artois & Toronto Life.
Lexie has also produced several short films including a short starring Victor Williams (King Of Queens, The Affair...) & Wendy Raquel Robinson (The Game, The Steve Harvey Show...).
Lexie produced the music video for UK Artist "Josh Beech's" song "Fight Strong" which was #3 on the MTV Rock Charts in Italy and was directed by award winning writer, director and producer John Wynn. She also produced the music video for European Artist "Jean Castel's" song "What Happened To Us" directed by Red Bull Media House co-founder George Mays. Castel is repped by Stent Music Group (Mark "Spike" Stent).
Lexie has also worked in Casting throughout the years for several casting offices in Toronto & NYC, including being a reader/ session runner at ABC television in New York City.
She has also worked as a researcher for casting offices and production companies including the Toronto Raptors.
Lexie has experience working as a producer, creative producer, culinary producer, AD, production coordinator, production manager, casting director, script coverage, researcher, etc.
Lexie is an Integrated Producer with TrePalm, which is a full service production company with teams in Toronto, Vancouver, NYC and Los Angeles. TrePalm also reps some of the biggest directors, DP's and photographers in the industry.
Lexie also freelances throughout Canada and the U.S. as a Creative producer, Coordinator and Event Manager.
