Lexie is a dramatic and comedic actress, singer, writer and producer in film, television, theatre, comedy, music, voice over and animation. She has performed in Canada, the United States and Europe.

She is of Italian & Eastern European descent.  

 

TRAINING

Lexie trained as a classical actress at the George Brown Theatre School in association with The National Theatre School of Canada and is a graduate of Sheridan College's Musical Theatre Performance Program. She has studied Meisner, Sensory and Method in NYC and L.A. She has trained professionally as a singer with some of the top vocal coaches in the industry in NYC & L.A. 

 

MUSIC

Lexie works as a singer, session singer, demo singer and backup singer in the music industry.

She has worked on projects and productions for some of the biggest names in music including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Andra Day, Shelea, Janice Robinson, Mark Hudson, Barry Goldberg, and Holly Knight. Lexie worked on the Foo Fighters Grammy award winning album "Concrete and Gold". She has also been a lead vocalist opening several corporate events in Europe, Canada and the U.S.  Lexie has been writing and recording music for song placement. She did a music project for songwriter Holly Knight (Holly wrote "Simply The Best" for Tina Turner, "Love Is A Battlefield" for Pat Benatar etc). Lexie is the singer on Comedian & Roast Master General Jeff Ross's theme song for his podcast "Thick Skin". Lexie has also done some modeling for JBL, and you can see her on the cover of a poster designed by the legendary Kii Arens for the band "Queens Of The Stoneage".

FILM & TV 

Credits include; American Pie Presents: Beta house, True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet, Luck Strikes In Winter, The New Edition Story, Everything's Gone Green, Airplane Vs. Volcano, Exit Vine, along with national commercials, and several award winning short films. Lexie was also a co-lead in the award winning feature “Me Miami and Nancy” starring herself, Robert Downy Jr, Sarah Silverman, Cloris Leachman, Kathy Griffin, Ringo Starr, Bon Jovi etc.

You can see Lexie in the Netflix mini-series "Painkiller" directed by Pete Berg, starring Uzo Abuda and Matthew Broderick. 

 

VOICEOVER & ANIMATION

As a voice over artist Lexie has done several commercials and series doing standard commercials, animation and singing.  Credits include Jack Reacher, the voice of KY Jelly for Valentines Day,  Restaurant.com, VH1, Paramount Pictures, TigerGaming.com, etc.

Lexie voices a pony named "Snuzzle" in the new "My Little Pony: Bridlewoodstock" special on Netflix. Snuzzle is also an iconic Pony Popstar who sings in the band "The Dreamlands".

THEATRE

Lexie has done many Off-Broadway shows including the Award Winning production of "The Fartiste", as well as workshopping new Broadway musicals and plays. She was the female standby in the world premiere of "Roar" the musical at the Rockwell Theatre in Los Angeles, covering 5 roles. She received critical acclaim for her role as Linda in Evil Dead The Musical at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Other theatre credits include; Ariel in Footloose, Les Miserables, Man Of LaMancha,  Evita, Jesus Christ Super Star, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, Cinderella... and many many more.She was also in the production of "Gods & Mortals" at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles.            

 

 SPORTS & STUNTS

Lexie grew up an athlete playing all sports. She was a hardcore Softball player and pitcher representing Ontario Canada against the United States. She had to choose between pursuing a professional softball career or a career in the entertainment industry... she chose the industry :)  She has trained for stunt work at Rapier Wit in Toronto,  Sword Play L.A., 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu in Los Angeles, Boxing at Kaminsky Boxing in L.A., and Boxing at the West End AC in Toronto. 

 

EDITORIAL

Lexie is featured in the project "In The Tub" for Breast Cancer Research, created by Film and Television director T.J. Scott. The photo book is available for purchase on Amazon, with all proceeds going to breast cancer research.

Lexie loves to keep active playing sports, boxing, paddle boarding, biking, skateboarding, rock climbing, yoga, sound baths, writing and recording music... she's a huge advocate for animal and dog rescue, and you can always find her cuddling a dog (s)   :)
