Lexie is an award-winning Creative and Integrated Producer with over 20 years of diverse experience across live events, branded activations, feature films, television, commercials, music videos, and global campaigns. With a career rooted in Toronto and expanded across New York City and Los Angeles, Lexie is known for her ability to lead and execute complex, high-profile productions that blend creativity with precision.

Lexie has held roles as a Creative Producer, Production Coordinator, and Event Manager, managing a wide array of projects across entertainment. ​She has spearheaded large-scale creative productions, from music videos, feature films, television series, to red carpet premieres, live events, festivals, and immersive brand experiences. She brings a strategic and collaborative approach to every project, with a skillset spanning production management, casting, creative direction, event coordination, and campaign execution.

Her experience includes coordinating and managing recording sessions, album releases, listening parties, writing camps, music videos, photo shoots, and film/TV productions for a roster of world-renowned artists and bands, such as Sir Elton John, Metallica, Our Lady Peace, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shania Twain, John Legend, Frank Ocean, Justin Bieber, Quincy Jones, Foo Fighters, Michael Buble, Sir Paul McCartney, Cheap Trick, Ann Wilson, Miguel, Demi Lovato, Lady Gaga, John Mayer, Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, The Jonas Brothers, Bebe Rexha, and many more.​

Lexie is an Integrated Producer with TrePalm, a full-service production company with teams in Toronto, Vancouver, NYC, and Los Angeles. TrePalm represents leading directors, cinematographers, and photographers in the industry including Megan Park (My Old Ass, Billie Eilish), Marc Klasfeld (Katy Perry, Jojo Siwa)  and the legendary Rocky Schenk (Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks & Cheryl Crow, Adele, Van Halen).  Clients include Sony Music, Microsoft, Apple Music and Riot Games. Among TrePalm's recent successes, they produced the music video for Frank Walker and Tyler Shaw’s song "Gravity", which Won  “Music Video of the Year” at the EDM Awards in Miami EDM Awards 2025, and collaborated on standout projects such as Dane Collison’s video for Jessie Reyez and the global deadmau5 x Patreon campaign.

Her client work extends to industry leaders like Apple Music, Sony Music, Microsoft, and Riot Games.

Lexie’s other music video production credits include; “Fight Strong” by UK artist Josh Beech, directed by award-winning filmmaker John Wynn and charting at #3 on Italy’s MTV Rock Chart. “What Happened To Us” by Jean Castel, directed by Red Bull Media House co-founder George Mays, Amanda Marshall’s comeback song and music video “I Hope She Cheats”, multiple music videos and visualizers for “Tedy” (Sony Music), “Dirt Roads” for Tia Wood (Sony Music), “Crossfire” and “Gravity” for Frank Walker ft. Tyler Shaw (Sony Music), to name a few.

As an event and festival producer, coordinator, manager and stage manager, Lexie has delivered some of Canada’s most defining cultural moments. She was on the producing team for Seeing Red's "Runway of Rezilience" - the world’s largest Indigenous fashion show, she produced the Sunset Concert Series at Casa Loma, and she was a creative producer and coordinator for campaigns like Charlotte Tilbury’s Exagger-Eyes campaign product launch in Toronto. She has also contributed to nationally recognized events including UHN We Walk UHNITED, Unison Fund Schmoozefest, Collision Tech Conference, and Aurora Winter Festival, as well as stage managing the worlds largest bartending competition in the world "Diageo's World Class Bartender Competition". She served as a Creative Producer and Event Coordinator for the Knives Out theatrical pop-up with Mongrel Media and Lionsgate, and playing a key role in producing and coordinating Mongrel House at TIFF since 2019.

 

She has managed activations for major brands such as Warner Brothers, Mattel, Jim Beam, Appleton Rum, Blackberry, Schick, Grey Goose, Bacardi, GM Motors, Johnson & Johnson, Reactine, the Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Argonauts, Stella Artois, and Molson. Her leadership in brand experience has made her a sought-after producer for large-scale consumer engagement and live marketing events.

Her film and television credits include producing and coordinating immersive activations and large-scale film and television productions such as Netflix’s holiday special for Blown Away, as well as creative collaborations with Disney Senior Animator David Stodolny and composer Reston Williams. She also served as Culinary Producer on Chef Artois, a Toronto Life and Stella Artois series.

Lexie’s versatility extends into casting and research, where she has cast commercials, short films, and branded content for agencies including Jigsaw and Mann Casting. She has served as a reader/session runner for ABC in New York, and conducted research and interviews for organizations such as Elemental Inc., MLSE (Toronto Raptors), and The Fashion Retail Group.​​

In the music and audio production industries, Lexie has worked the world’s largest conventions—including NAMM, AES, and NAB—as a sales assistant for companies like SSL, Burl Audio, and Barefoot Sound.

Her festival and event management portfolio includes leading roles at NXNE (North by Northeast) and the Aurora Winter Festival, showcasing her versatility in large-scale cultural event production.

Earlier in her career, Lexie contributed to the New York City fashion and nonprofit sectors, helping coordinate store openings, galas, and promotional events for The Fashion Retail Group. Clients included Lululemon, Liz Claiborne, and the 9/11 Foundation "The Tower of Hope."

Lexie has coordinated and managed several feature films and television productions, including the holiday special for the award-winning Netflix series Blown Away. She was involved in the creation of several projects with Secondary Inspection alongside Disney Senior Animator David Stodolny and film/TV composer Reston Williams, producing comedic short films and music videos.

Her experience also extends into casting, having worked with numerous casting offices in both Toronto and NYC. She has served as a reader/session runner for ABC Television in New York City and worked as a researcher for casting and production companies, including engagements with the Toronto Raptors.​
